Building Teams, On and Off the Field: A Lesson in Commitment and Care

Dear friends,

This year marks the third year that Artful Home Care has sponsored the Southampton Little League softball team. My daughter, India, has been committed to this team and committed to putting her best foot forward. She has reminded me about having passion for something, being devoted to a team, and recognizing the importance of being a part of something bigger than herself. It’s been very humbling and rewarding to watch her grow in this team.

It’s also been a reminder to me that every part of our life, whether it is a sport, a career, or taking care of a loved one, all require effort & a good team. It requires perseverance and endurance, as well as commitment and humility.  I think as we navigate the decisions in our lives, we should be grateful for those who come to support us along the journey.
